We send most of our parcels via UK Royal Mail. For some countries, we also use fulfillment by Amazon for faster and cheaper deliveries (depending on the products you choose).

We offer free delivery on all UK orders. 

Other countries

We offer free worldwide delivery on orders £40 (around €50 or $60).

For orders below £40, delivery costs depend on your location and the total weight of the parcel. Charges are calculated at Checkout based on your region and your parcel's weight. 

How long does it take?

All orders are processed and despatched within 1 working day. Total delivery time depends on your region and Customs processing times (if applicable).

Please note that deliveries outside European Union may take a bit longer (additional 2-3 days) in case of Customs delays. This depends on how busy they are and is unfortunately outside of our control.

Can I track my delivery?

We offer tracked and untracked shipping options.

All orders of over £80 are sent as tracked by default. 

What if I need my supplements urgently?

If you would like to get your order faster and pay extra, we can ship using international couriers such as FedEx or DHL.

Please contact us for an individual quote if you would like to use this option. 

My country is not listed on your destinations list - can I still buy supplements? 

Our list of delivery destinations is limited by Customs and imports regulations. 

This is due to the regulatory burden of getting food supplements approved for import - most countries have strict regulations in this regard.

Please contact us if you wish to check whether we might be able to deliver to your country, subject to its export regulations.

Can I pay in currencies other than GBP? 

Our shop is based in Oxford, United Kingdom. All prices are set in pounds sterling (GBP) and payments are processed in GBP.

If your credit or debit card is for an account in a different currency, such as US Dollars or Euros, you can still use it at checkout. Our payment gateway will convert the amount due to the corresponding amount in that currency.

Use the currency switch at the top right of the website to see approximate converted prices in USD or EUR.

Please note that the actual price charged by your bank might be a little different, depending on their exchange rate. Some banks may charge an extra fee for foreign currency transactions.

If you would like to pay in other currency not mentioned above, please use PayPal when checking out. PayPal supports a wide range of currencies. You will be able to see the total in your selected currency before proceeding.

How are the payments processed? 

Payments on our website are processed by Shopify and Stripe.

Both companies are market-leaders in internet payments processing, and fully compliant with the industry standards on payments security. Your credit card details are not stored after the transaction and are therefore completely safe from data theft.

We keep your contact data for the purposes of delivering your order, in accordance with the requirements of UK Data Protection Act. We will never share this data with any third parties or use it for any other purpose other than that stated above.

Can I pay with Bitcoin (BTC)?

Yes - we accept payments in Bitcoin.

Choose Coinbase as your payment method during checkout. You will be charged in BTC according to the current GBP/BTC exchange rate.  

Can I get a refund if I am not happy?

All our products are carefully selected and tested, and we are 100% confident in their quality. We offer a full money-back guarantee on all our products.

If you change your mind after purchase or are unhappy with our products for any reason, return them to us for a full refund within 30 days of purchase - no questions asked. 

Opened products

If you open the bottle and start taking the supplements, and then decide you are unhappy, we will still take them back. However, we do recommend that you try taking supplements for at least 7 consecutive days in order to feel the full benefits.
