Ingredients

Cocoa butter, full milk powder, alimentary fibres (dextrin, inulin, oligofructose), cocoa mass, whey powder, sweeteners (erythritol, steviol glycosides), emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural flavours.

Cocoa solids: minimum 36%, milk solids: minimum 14%.

Produced in a factory where milk proteins, wheat and nuts are processed. Contains naturally occurring sugars.

Carb content in this product

There is no added sugar in this chocolate, however, it does contain some natural sugars - mainly lactose.

The overall net carbs count is around 3g net carbs per seashell.

However, if you are on a Ketogenic diet such as Atkins Induction or Keto, 3g net carbs might be a bit too much. Try Cavalier Dark Cocoanibs bar (3.8g net carbs per bar) instead, or go hard with the Willie's Cacao 100% cocoa solids chocolate.
